So – today my youngest boy and I went to Derby (central England for my colonial brothers and sisters) to see the Monster Trucks – an American show laid on by a team called “Monster Jam”. I get the feeling the drivers and trucks we saw are well known in the Monster Truck world but The Boy and I just wanted to see noisy, crazy vehicles doing mad stuff.

Well, we certainly got that! I videoed a little of the action using my shiny new phone the HTC Sensation; and I have to say I’m very VERY impressed – the video and sound I get from it are better quality than that from the Hybrid digital camera I also took with me.
